Super great service. Such a compassionate shop and went above a beyond.
The owner worked hard to leave the flowers with the recipient and not in the heat of the day.

I ordered flowers last Thursday, the 9th, for a very sick friend who is in the hospital in Medford. I live in CO, so I looked to find a florist with positive reviews that was close to the hospital and found Susie's. I called and ordered a bouquet called How sweet it is. It's a beautiful bouquet with 7 plus burnt orange roses and 10 plus pink and red filler flowers for 56.99. I asked if they had the flowers available to make this bouquet and ordered the larger version for 69.99. I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture the next day of the flowers she received. The bouquet she received had mostly greens with a few roses. Several of the roses were drooping off the side. It was small and looked like something you would get for 19.99 from the local grocery store. I sent an email to Susie's Frday the 10th, letting them know how dissatisfied I was and have not received a response. On Monday the 13th, I posted on the business FB page. Still no response. This is unacceptable. Even though this business has several positive reviews, I wouldn't take the chance of doing business with them. You may end up being treated as poorly as I was. My poor friend, who had just had her leg amputated, received a poorly put-together floral arrangement that didn't come close to what I paid for. Bait and switch. I bet Susie's figured that I would never know. Disgusting business practices.

Accidentally posted here and I'm not sure why this shop popped up, when I selected a local restaurant and not this shop. For don't reason I can't delete my accidental review, so I'm deleting the text and posting one to make up for the error.

From what I've seen of the arrangements online this is a great place for your floral needs.
I've never shopped here before, but there are some really great reviews.
Based off the great reviews, I'd recommend their services. Have a happy shopping experience and check them out.

Update: the customer service is very good. Knowing how disappointed I was they made it right. I appreciate a business that cares about the customers expectations.

I am very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday. For the amount of money I paid, I thought the areangementbwould be bigger and more extravagant. It was very small and not at all what I thought it would be. I am glad they did same day delivery, however it was not worth the price. I will not be using this flower shop again. I can make my own arrangement for a lot less money.

Ordered flowers online to get sent to my grandma in the hospital! She ended up getting sent in for surgery almost right after I ordered them so I called in and the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and assured me she would wait to deliver them until she was out of surgery and back in her room! They were delivered when asked and where beautiful! Thank you guys!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from Susie for my mom. I live in Portland so I didn't see the flower personally, but my mom said they were wonderful. Could be a mother just trying to be nice to her son when all he did was send her some flowers, or they could have actually been wonderful. You'll have to figure that one out on your own.

My problem with Susie's was the customer service they provided over the phone. I'm sure they were stressed and over worked during the holiday, but that's no reason to be extra bitchy on the phone. If I wanted to listen to someone be extra bitchy on the phone to me, than I wouldn't ordered my mother anything. That would have at least been free!

There's always something better about getting flowers locally. I don't really trust the big chains or stores like Safeway or Fred Meyer...too many horror stories. These guys are friendly on the phone and I feel like Im getting flowers arranged by an actual designer. Flowers arrived where I sent them in wonderful shape and she was very pleased with them. The interior is small and cozy...kind of reminds me of some of the floral shops up here in the Pearl district in Portland. Highly recommended.

I ordered fresh flowers for my sis in Tacoma WA. Person who took order was friendly and listened to my request patiently. Sent me an order confirmation via e-mail which was reassuring. Order delivered today and could not be more lovely. Just as requested. Sis was so pleased and cheered up. Thank you.

I had a great experience ordering a flower arrangement for my grandmother's birthday. Even in the midst of a historic snowstorm, they got a beautiful arrangement to her just in time for her birthday party - and make sure to communicate with me about the delay from the original delivery time due to the unforeseen storm. The arrangement was even better than the online picture example, which isn't always the case.
