Q:
Do I need reservations on a Friday?
A:
Most likely. I've always needed reservations to eat here, so I would imagine on a weekend day you would definitely need one. They may even be required.

Lovely dinner that thankfully, one of my colleagues was able to expense. Maggiano's isn't cheap. Full service restaurant but very delicious and with excellent service.
I started off in the bar area because I was early, sipping at a glass of the house red while writing up a Yelp review or two. When my colleagues arrived, I was quite mellow and ready for dinner.
Sticking to a low carb diet is always a challenge at an Italian restaurant and I did pretty well, starting off with the wedge salad. Lots of bleu cheese on here and the hunk of iceberg was a great way to eat all of it. Yum.
For main, I had the meatballs appetizer. Yes, I know there are breadcrumbs here but the garlic and delicious meat sauce helped me forget. I did end up using one slice of bread to sop up the rest of the sauce. Delicious.
A slice of tiramisu was ordered. It looked and smelled amazing but that's so much sugar so it was skipped.
Maggiano's still does the "order a second pasta entree for $6" that is a fabulous deal.

We came here for a company lunch and the set up is great for that - huge room on the side that worked perfect for a huge group.
Service was pretty good the whole event.
Food was good - we had lasagna, shrimp Alfredo, and chicken Parmesan. Everything tasted good to me.
It's a chain restaurant. You get what you pay for and what you expect. There's definitely local Italian restaurants I prefer to indulge in, but for picky eaters this is a great spot.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Samantha M.St. Peters, MO4607360Dec 17, 2023
Just perfection. Our family of 4 partook in the family style offerings which were so good I am sad I didn't frequent this restaurant sooner.
Our server was also attentive and checked in regally although they had a large group table as well.
Although everything was good the favorites were the stuffed mushrooms, zucchini fritte, Caesar salad, rigatoni D, and mom's lasagna. Lastly, the dessert sample which I loved every single item. Had something for everyone.
The building is beautiful with nice ambient lighting and enjoyed the holiday decor as well.
Hope to be back for more life event celebrations!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris H.Florissant, MO03May 19, 2024

First off, I love the vibe of this place. It is a low lit fancy italian restaurant. The people there are very nice and the wait isn't ever very long. I love the food presentation and the fresh bread they bring out for an appetizer is so good. Me and my boyfriend love going there on a date night or for our anniversary. They have an amazing deal and appetizers, 2 entrees, and a dessert.

Maggiano's is a fairly decent Italian chain with a diverse menu. I ordered a side wedge salad and the Famous Rigatoni that comes with herb-roasted chicken, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a marsala cream sauce. Overall, everything was pretty good and the bread was fresh and soft.

Ordered take out for dinner. Was easy to order online but didn't allow me to add special instructions. However I called and they easily accommodated me. Food was perfect and delicious.

We had a nice dinner at Maggiano's last night! The space is huge with tons of seating, dim lighting, and simple decor. We were seated right away without a reservation and our server Cassie quickly got our drink orders in. I ordered their take on an Aperol spritz and my date ordered a bourbon sour. The drinks were tasty but very strong!
We both ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken. The creamy white sauce was delicious but the dish could have used more seasoning in my opinion! They do have an excellent take-home pasta deal where you can choose from 6 pasta options and get a $6 serving to go.
The prices were reasonable and we had a nice time overall!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 24, 2023
The hubby and I had a double date with friends. We decided on Maggiano's because it was central to where we all live. Tony was our waiter. I laughed at the irony. Tony was great and very attentive. I got the salad and hubby got the salmon. Both were delicious. We didn't get pasta so we had room for dessert. I really expected the servings of the different desserts to be smaller. We didn't finish the platter. It was a lot even for the 2 of us. The crème brûlée was quite tasty, the apple crostada was buttery & flaky, my husband loved the tiramisu the cheesecake was my favorite. The butter cake was a little disappointing. Cant win them all. it did save us a few calories! A problem arose with a drink at the table. Tony handled it with no issue. We all had a great time and I cant wait to go back.
