This review is for the Accent Countertops in Reno, Great team, respectful of my home, kind people. A job very well done! Called before arriving to ask if they could come early. They installed the kitchen countertops very professionally. They carried in my new cast iron sink (very heavy - 100 lbs!) and set the sink. They cleaned up after themselves and were very congenial. Highly recommend!

Was suppose to have an interview with them. They fail to properly confirm that they rescheduled for a different time. Told me to come back later the day but when I asked if another day is fine they ghosted me. Would never use their service after that huge disrespect and lazyness from them. By looking at other reviews I'm glad I got position with a different company

Same story as many others here. Subcontracted through Home Depot. Missing major piece on the initial quote, things installed visibly crooked, lost pieces, rework, etc. Installers were difficult to work with, gave us critical information too late for us to do anything about it, and refused to fix their mistakes. Don't do your counter tops through Home Depot, especially if Accent is their sub.

This company was subcontracted through Home Depot to install our countertops and sink. As soon as the installers left, we realized there was a significant chip in the sink. Trying to get Accent Countertops to take care of this situation has been more than a nightmare. They broke our cabinets trying to replace the sink and the plumbers they hired to reconnect the pipes did not tighten the pipes which led to over $5,000 in damages to our walls and carpet. Be very leery of working with this company. They have taken 0 responsibility for this issue and will not respond to emails or phone calls.

Accent countertops have been very difficult to work with. See the pictures to see for yourself. We went over a week without a kitchen because they originally brought the wrong material but after seeing them come back almost looks as if it's the same material. The contractor also rigged the one he brought to work, and now it has resulted in a huge crack. I have texted the lady and accent countertops have a communication issue and never want to get back to us in a timely manner. We really just want the promise that was told after spending a lot of money on a new kitchen. We just want our old kitchen back at this point and it's sad how long this job has taken our kitchen is quite small

The installers did not do a good job. They installed the countertop crooked and I can't get them to return my calls to get it fixed.

The gentlemen who arrived to remove our old countertops and install our new ones were professional and accommodating. There was a point where I had an issue in one area and they immediately offered an acceptable solution. Communication prior to our install was appreciated. Thanks, Accent.

We ordered countertops through Home Depot and it turned out that Accent was the subcontractor. The countertops didn't have the dishwasher brackets we paid for, didn't have the bullnose edge we were talked into, and weren't squared so that my standard, 30"-wide stove wouldn't fit. The opening is too narrow. They aren't cooperative on getting their error fixed, will only come when we can't be there because we work, and aren't returning my calls. Once they have it in and your money is forwarded to them, you don't seem to matter. When we finish our basement, we will need more countertops. Needless to say, Accent won't be the ones we go to.

Absolutely horrible. sink caved in after 4 months of use. Said it would take 9-12 weeks for installation and took 9 months, with a 4 month failure after that. have since been in a year battle for them to repair said sink and they finally came and "caulked" the countertop in and glued the sink to the countertop. $15k$ and I'm forced live with a "silicone" fix. DO NOT EVER HIRE HOME DEPOT OR ACCENT TO DO ANY WORK!!!!

BEWARE!!! I'm four months into an install that should've taken THREE DAYS! The installer, Terry, did an unbelievably poor job, didn't show up on multiple occasions, and when he did show up, he would do 2-3 hours of work and would leave. Now, I have to wait another month for someone to come out JUST to fix the horrible job Terry did. The office Manager, Jackie, is incredibly unprofessional. She threatened to charge me and have the contractor pack up and leave if I left my 300 SQUARE FOOT apartment at any point. To be fair, the men who installed the countertops did a fantastic job. However, you've been warned, dealing with Jackie or Terry will, most likely, result in a disaster for you.
