I'm new to this side of town so when I needed to see my regular dr. and couldn't get in for 3 WEEKS I started calling around and found this dr. and couldn't be happier Not only does he see patients starting at 7 am (which is a god-send since I don't have to miss work) but he also has some evening hours several days a week too. I got in for a new patient appt. next day. Dr. Holtzmeier was on time, very professional and great bedside manner. I didn't feel like he was rushing me out when I asked him tons of questions either. The only thing I would change would be to have better signage for his office. They are located on an entire floor above Hoolihan's Restaurant on Detroit Rd. (off the Columbia exit) but all that's there is a University Hospitals sign. Kind of confusing but so worth it once you know where you are going. I'm quite happy with my choice of Dr. Brant Holtzmeier.

Great family and general physician. Very intelligent and caring. Takes the time to explain pretty complicated medical terminology to my father and I in a way that we both understand and can then explain to our other loved ones as well. The people that work in the office are pleasant and generally in a good mood as well.

I went looking for a new Dr. and found a great one in Westlake. Located above Hoolihan's restaurant, Dr. Holtzmeier is in his early '40's and really takes the time to know you, listen to your concerns and fix your medical issues. It's clear he is a smart guy. His office is clean & nice, people are polite and I've never waited more than :5 to be seen for my scheduled appointment which I truly appreciate. He sees patients starting at 7 am weekdays and works Saturday's too which is great if you need to get care and don't want to miss work and it's always easy to get an appointment scheduled quickly and not have to wait forever to see him. I usually can get in same day if not same week. He likes kids and has stuff to entertain them in all the patient rooms so they remain occupied. I know kids are welcome to come along to adult visits which is a blessing when you need to go to the Dr. and can't get a sitter for a short period of time. I give him 5 stars because all around it's a good experience every time.
