We have lived in this area for 4 years but only recently discovered this coffee house and I'm so glad. During this pandemic, it's hard to find places to go (especially with a 15-month-old) that are outdoors and following CDC guildlines.

The coffee is pretty good and the food is good and comes out quickly. There is a small, outdoor seating area with high chairs available. I've been here maybe 5x and the staff are always wearing their masks appropriately at all times. The staff is polite, attentive, quick with the orders, and sanitize tables immediately after people leave.

So glad I found this place!

I haven't been inside any business during this pandemic, except for a grocery store. But after trying to cut my baby's hair myself at the beginning of the pandemic (and it taking 6 months to grow out. Oops!) I needed a processionals help. I called to make the appointment and asked about their precautions during Covid and felt assured. I was able to get an appointment 2 days later.

On the day of the appointment, I arrived to find only the 2 stylists and the receptionist inside the salon (all wearing their masks properly). This helped me feel better bringing my 15-month-old inside, as he is still too young to wear a mask. He sat on my lap during the appointment and I was amazed by how fast and accurate the stylist worked, without cutting my baby and with him ducking and trying to hit her hand away!

He did great with his first official haircut and was absolutely ecstatic to get the balloon at the end! I also appreciate that the staff asked me first if they could give him a ballon and some snacks at the end. The next customer arrived right at the end of my baby's appointment and they had him wait at the other end of the salon.

We had been wanting our 1-year-old to try ice cream and noticed this place when we pulled up to Target for our order. We also noticed the Black Lived Matter sign and wanted to support. I'm so glad we tried it and they have a brand new ice cream lover! The babe screamed when we tried to take it away and get a bite in for ourselves! Haha. We just got a simple vanilla cone but it's clearly homemade and so delicious!

Yum! I can't believe I have passed this place by for 5 years going to the sushi place next door (also very good). But on a recent date night, we didn't want to wait 30 mins for a table for sushi and the wait at Mizlala was only 5 minutes.

My husband and I shared various tapas like their fried chicken, baba ghanoush, potato latkes, and more. Every dish that came we couldn't believe how tasty it was and that we passed this restaurant so many times. Both of us have been craving the food for the last 2 weeks and talking about going back!
