I have never had a worse experience with a doctor's office or urgent care. I injured my ankle while on vacation in Key West and went to Truman because I had seen online that they had an X-Ray machine. I waited 1 hour, just to find out that their X-Ray machine was broken and that I would need to go somewhere else to get an X-Ray. Prior to leaving and going to get an X-Ray at another facility, I had to ASK for crutches, because I was unable to walk. The only medical advice I received from the office was to "ice and elevate," which I had already known from simply Googling.

On top of that, I had to wait 3 days to even receive my X-Ray results after calling multiple times--I did not receive the results until I was back in my home state. I am still waiting to receive a copy of my paperwork, which I was told was going to be sent over on Monday afternoon. I contacted the office multiple times and was addressed very rudely by the staff. I am STILL waiting to receive copies of my paperwork.

This office is very unprofessional, and their communication and follow-ups are non-existent. If you are ever injured or sick while in Key West, I strongly suggest finding another doctor's office or urgent care to receive treatment from.
