I used to come here for everything and never had a problem. Not sure what changed the last few times I've been there but they're awful. I went in for inspection in April, they said I needed new ball joints. Mind you, they replaced my ball joints last year when I got it inspected. They replaced them for free...fine. A couple months later I went in for an oil change because I was driving down to Maryland the next day. They broke one of my but posts on my tire. I had them replace and check the others. It pulled the whole way down and back so I went in for an alignment. he called me earlier in the day and asked if i could come in any sooner because one of their techs had to leave on personal business. My appointment was at 5. I told them i could get there by 4:30 at the earliest. So i get there and then they didn't bother to take my car back until 5:30!! Then I had to wait until 6,for them to tell me they couldn't do it because one of my wheel rods was bad. They got me in the next day to do the alignment and wheel rod (not sure why they didn't catch that during my inspection a couple months earlier). By the way...it still pulls left...grrr!! Anyway...I finally got it done and I was waiting in line to pay and leave when a man walked in. He told them he had called about a tire for his vehicle. He was on his way to Pittsburgh and had a flat. The man behind the counter was so rude to him. Told him he couldn't replace the tire because he had all wheel drive and instructed him to put the donut on himself. My jaw dropped! Seems like every time I walk in there there's something wrong with my car. Oh and I asked about getting my transmission fluid changed and he told me that I shouldn't do it at this point because it's an older vehicle and it would do more harm than good...wonder if that's true? Anyway... So hard to find reliable people to work on your vehicles these days :(
Update: it's now 6/27. More than 2 weeks after this fiasco and I still haven't received the credit on my card! I'll never go back to this location again! The management sucks!! I suggest never catering from the location. eVER!! You get overcharged and then made to pay for employee mistakes. Horrible customer service!!!
I went in there Friday to pick up lunch for myself and some co-workers. We were throwing a parry for her. This was NOT paid for by the company. We all pitched in. Anyway, they quoted us an amount and when I went to pick it up he charged me about $25 more. I said I would call him discuss. I didn't want to hold up the food since I had a bunch of people waiting to eat. I called and Jacob the manager informed me that his employee made a mistake and that he wanted to give me a gift certificate for $25. I told him I didn't want a gift cert, I wanted my money back. He kept saying that what we asked for was provided and that he thought it was awful nice of him to do that much (Meaning give me a gift cert). So, HIS EMPLOYEE makes a mistake and I need to dole out the extra money? $25 isn't a ton but for Moe's it is. I got really angry then at which point he agreed to credit my credit card. This took place on 6/10. I have yet to see that credit on my CC today 6/14. I will be calling him back this afternoon and corporate if I have to. I'm not normally hard to get along with but his attitude really pushed my buttons. I love the food but I'll never go back to that Moe's again.
