      AVOID AVOID AVOID

      We wanted to try to find a new person to file our joint taxes so we chose Bruce Napoli. We moved from out of state so we filed federal, VA, and our home state. It took him a month to do our taxes. Not only that, but he returned our completed taxes with only a week before the deadline. Plus he charged us $500! Plus we owed taxes to our home state and VA. My wife and I have been married for 10 years and we have never owed taxes to the state or the federal government. We showed up to pick up our taxes expecting an explanation of why we ended up owing taxes to VA. Nope, all we got was "sign right here, oh yeah, here is the address to mail the amount you owe." We asked why we owed taxes to VA and finally Bruce Napoli came out and said, "I had to move some things back and forth you know". What was he talking about? I don't think he knew what he was doing with having us file state taxes between two different states. Now we have to come up with the refund with less than a week before the deadline. Nice work Napoli!

      To summarize, this is why we ranked this terrible local business a 1 star.
      1. It took him a month to finish our taxes - Don't know why it took him so long. He
      never told us why.
      2. He charged us $500. Our total federal refund was about $1100, so he charges
      about 50% of your actual return. Most we paid in the past was $300.
      3. He completed our taxes with only a week left before the deadline.
      4. He doesn't explain your tax return once he is finished. He just expects you to sign
      the form and leave.
      5 He doesn't seem to know how to file taxes between 2 different states.

      I don't understand why it is taking more than a month to have them cancel my membership. I have asked several times to have my membership canceled, and now, they've recently charged me for December. I couldn't believe it. Maybe this is why they drag their feet, to keep on billing you. On top of that, my cancellation fee is $200. I hope you are listening BBB.

      I met great trainers and staff personnel at this gym. It is unfortunate that my cancellation situation (still not resolved) will overshadow my overall experience with the gym.

      If you cannot sign up for a year long membership, then this is not a good choice for you. The owners and costumer service department of this local franchise (not the gym itself) are ruining the brand.
