Please do yourself a favor and find a different Jamba Juice. I came here today with my son and waited almost 30 minutes for our 2 smoothies!!! There were 3 workers so I don't know what the issue was. Everyone ahead of us had waits just as long. The workers were nice enough but definitely not working any quicker to get the orders filled. Very frustrating. I've NEVER waited so long for a juice at any of the other locations. To top it off, my son received the wrong drink!! At that point I had him suck it up and keep it. I will not be returning.
We came for dinner and drinks and had a great experience! The food was great. We started with appetizers which were tasty: coconut shrimp and the queso fundido. Both solid choices. Our server, Christian, was on top of our needs and the manager sent out not one but 2 rounds of shots on the house! Such a pleasant surprise! For my meal, I had the brisket, can't go wrong with that, and my boyfriend got the NY strip steak with chimichurri sauce which was SO good!! Drinks were tasty and strong...Overall, we had a great date night here!
We've been with TQ since last winter and have truly enjoyed our time in the program. Johny is so great with the younger kids (my son is 8) which is something that was really important to me when first signing up. He truly cares about the kids and that is evident in all that he does for his teams. In addition to our weekly practices, he offers camps year around and various clinics, which really give kids the extra opportunity to work on and develop in their skills. My son loves being a part of TQ and I have seen his skills grow tremendously since we've been with Johny! I'm really glad we found and are a part of this program!! As a coach and program director, Johny definitely makes the world of club basketball far less intimidating!
Wow. What a disaster. Me and my girlfriend were so excited to try this, seemingly, trendy new spot after reading stellar reviews of it on Yelp. So we made reservations for a Sunday afternoon at 12:30, attempting to bypass the Sunday brunch rush. Unfortunately, even after having made a reservation, we were made to wait for an additional 20 minutes, after checking in amongst the rest of the patrons. My girlfriend checked in ahead of me while I was parking and was told she had to wait until the entire party was present. Really? I was literally in the parking lot and it was a party of 2. Okay, whatever. When I showed up 2 minutes later, however, we were told to step aside and we'd be called up when a table was ready. Okay, fine. 15 minutes later I decided to check back in on our wait time, and was very rudely informed by the check-in gal that they had us down and were just waiting for a table to be cleaned. As a first impression, I was sorely turned off. As I was talking to one of the check-in gals, her partner, in a very snappy manner chimed in that "they checked in at 12:31." Um.okay....
When we were escorted to our table a few minutes later it was in the parking lot! We made a reservation to be seated out in the parking lot?? Come on...
Aside from the crappy customer service, the food was just OKAY. We were both hanging on to hope that the food would at least make up for the poor service and, sadly, it really didn't.
I order the bloody maria it was blah. I took a few sips and set it to the side. Just all mix and very little tequila. No thanks. I also ordered the Maple Bacon pancake which I had high hopes for. The pancake was dense and flavorless. I was hoping for light and fluffy and it definitely wasn't that. It had a minimal maple frosting glaze, but plentiful bacon. The bacon wasn't that flavorful either. How you get maple/bacon anything wrong is beyond me.
Overall, I'd have to say this place falls flat, in my book.

I responded to your friend Tika via pm, with an invitation to visit us again, if you fill up to it.
As you may be aware yesterday morning it rained which directly affected all of our reservations for the whole day. We were not able to correct the early morning shortage until the afternoon. Our sitting policy is based on Orange County health dept and cdc guidelines that require full parties to be present before they can be sat.
Please try to understand the struggles restaurants have to go through with incomplete parties, sometimes sitting at tables for 30+ min waiting for the rest of their party that is always just parking. We have had parties of 6 with half the party missing tell us they are just parking with the rest of their party really arriving 40 mins later then berate our servers if they don’t get additional time beyond the 90 min guidelines set by the county. It’s a lose lose situation.
As far as your food it’s all sound horribly horrible I asked you friend Tika if she could send me the server name and or transaction number on your receipt so I can research what the heck went wrong. Yesterday was not a shining moment for us and we feel flat and I do apologize for that. It is our attention to make things right and hope you will give us another chance to give you the dining experience you expected.

Love this location!! The pizza is great, obviously, but more importantly the customer service has been consistently ON POINT! They've got a great bunch of people running the joint! I've been multiple times and have never been disappointed. The employees here are friendly and helpful EVERY TIME! I wish I could remember all of the names of those that have helped to provide me with such a positive experience, but a few that are definite standouts have been Blake, Jason, and Perla! Great job guys!
