absolutely worse whataburger ever! employees are rude, don't care, and are extremely slow! they all act like us customers are annoying them and that they seem to hate their jobs.... got my order wrong twice and slammed the drive through window both times. I will never come back here, I'll drive to another town before I come to this pathetic place again. don't go to the whataburger in Ennis, Texas!

The slowest most useless Dairy Queen I have ever been to, you are better off going to the next town. Worst customer service, worse everything!! Whoever owns this location seriously needs to do some homework because your place. This place needs to be shut down or all the workers need to be replaced. We will not go back nor will I have friends and family go. The owner needs to see this and act on doing something, update 2 months later.. still horrible service the people are rude and such a joke. Use to be a good place to go to eat, but today 10/20/19 we had a waitress by the name of Valerie was the worse server ever, horrible attitude, sassy, and just complete B****!!! Never again will I go back unless she's gone! Management you have a serious problem you need to address! Won't be back.

Absolutely the slowest whataburger I ever been to, this place is a serious joke. The employees are a bunch of dumb kids that don't give a dam. Seriously replace all the employees! Joke joke joke!! How this place is open still is beyond me. Don't go!!!!!
