Dear God, no. Just don't. With all the good choices downtown, don't waste your money here. Too expensive for the quality of food/service you receive.... If you choose to eat here anyway, don't get the crab cakes! I ordered a crab cake sandwich and as soon as I picked it up half the crab cake fell of in a greasy blob. I take a bite and immediately have crunchy shell in my mouth, after another bite with a bunch of crunchy bits... I gave up on the sandwich. My husbands sub was such a mess it was almost impossible to pick up and eat, and the fries were soggy. Our waitress was sweet but inattentive. The overall vibe was that the entire staff doesn't really care - from the service to the food, there is nothing special about this place.

Ordered takeout sushi tonight from Kanji, everything was awesome!! My favorite was the Old Bay Roll, different than anything I've ever had. The Deluxe Crunch Roll and GMC Roll were also very tasty - there was definitely some heat from the GMC. Dragon Roll was also very good, maybe not as memorable as the others though.... Tuna and Eel nigiri were both fresh, flavorful and amazing.... this is definitely our new sushi spot when ordering in.

My mom and I were excited to try this place, with all the good reviews we were expecting this to be a new favorite. We were both disappointed and underwhelmed.... We went for breakfast, I ordered the lox platter -- The salmon was dry as if it had been sitting out a while... The bagel itself was very disappointing, if you're from up north and get excited about a fresh bagel like I do, you'll be let down. My mom ordered the blueberry pancake, she was disappointed because it was just a plain pancake with what seemed to be blueberry pie filling on top. I had also ordered a side of the potatoes, I knew when I saw the girl take them out of the microwave they weren't going to be too great - lol. Pretty disappointing spending $35 for food and lattes that were less than average.... no one working in there cares though, you pay when you order at the counter, so they've already got your $$.

The drive thru is abnormally slow, not sure what the people working in there are having such a hard time with. I don't mind waiting though as long as they get my order right, unfortunately that's not been the case. The other day was the last time I'll give this location a shot, ordered my mom the French dip sandwich, was a bummer they didn't give her anything to dip it in. The location in North Charleston is great, we will hit that one when the craving arises.
