I was just quoted $189 to repair the cracked back (not the front facing screen) of my Sony Zperia Z2. This is the first place that has said they would even be able to repair my phone after calling half a dozen local repair shops. The quoted turnover time would be 4-5 business days to receive the parts and you can pay upfront but keep your phone while the parts are mailed to Cool Phones, Inc and then you can bring it in for a quick repair.

Looking forward to seeing if this is as good as it sounds! On eBay currently. the z2 32GB is going for between $400-$600, so repair is more economical, IMHO.

Unfortunately, they couldn't help me with my cracked Sony Xperia Z2 (they only currently repair iPhones) but they gave me a recommendation to Pro Wireless on Post Rd, whom I will be calling immediately for a quote. 5 stars for great customer service and that recommendation!

Not only are the waiters adorable and nice here, did you see the fishtank!? I am going to find out if they have a name for it next time I go there, just because I love that fish so much.

On the food note, I almost always need a seafood pho order. The broth is one of the best broths in the state, in my opinion. Pho is the chicken noodle soup that works better than chicken noodle soup for colds. Maybe it's because they take their time with the broth?

This is actually one of my reliable business meeting places because of:
      A. Good Food
      B. Good Parking
      C. Great Service
      D. Outlets available for laptops/netbooks/chargers at some tables

I am pretty sure I would lose my mind if they decided to offer free wi-fi.

This restaurant has always been a staple, being near to the highway and RIC and my home. The food is always a good standard for breakfast and quick sandwiches, while the waitstaff is witty and swift. Oh, and the coffee refills are quick!

My only gripe is not actually with the restaurant but the location. Johnston. Let's say it again. "Johnston." Johnston PD always sets up traps for inspection stickers and click-it-or-ticket laws which inevitably cause traffic jams and honestly make me want to avoid the entire town.

Besides the simple location beef, I would always recommend this place to others as a go-to for an early morning breakfast.

I have been living on and off in Providence for most of my life, and some things just don't need change.

My favorite memory of this store was when I was sitting in the paint section with my head in my hands, trying to figure out if the color I picked out was going to be what I needed for my sculpture final piece. The heat was oppressive, I was working on little to no food (who remembers to eat during final crits??) and just overwhelmed. The owner walked over, asked "Rough day, huh?" and then smiled and handed me a Klondike bar. He then went out and passed out the remaining ones to his employees. Things like this remain permanent in my heart because of how simple ice cream and his kindness made life seem doable.

Flash-forward, years later, and this is one of the few places we could find a printed brochure of historical colors. Helpful as always, one day while going in for more research, the nice young lady at the counter honestly told me she wouldn't feel confident in her ability to mix what I needed and let me know when someone skilled in paint would be next in.

For keeping it local, I will keep going here forever. And probably bring my kids one day.... with Klondike bars in the heat of the summer.
