      The Kelly Group Restaurant Chain bought Claim Jumpers effective 1/1/19. My small family local Greater Phoenix area carpet cleaning company has never been paid by them. They owe us $3000.00 & lie about when they will pay us. They have now fallen behind 9 months! While $3000.00 is nothing to them, it means everything to us. We have paid our employees well to do a great job for them & deserve to be paid. They are a typical rich money hungry non caring corporate organization that lives large by screwing the little guy. I can't afford to not be paid. I hope someone in their organization will have some compassion for our family & see to it that we are paid in full.

      I've had it with this office. Been a happy patient for years! In the last year or two, the office personnel's customer service has been absolutely terrible. I think they are too busy for their own good! When I made a follow-up appointment with my primary doctor for my broken back, I explained in detail why I needed to see him but the doctor knew nothing about my accident or why I was even there. He didn't do anything at all but billed me for coming in.
      Today, I called them 3 times because they hadn't filled an important prescription that I have been on for over 15 or 20 years. I called my pharmacy a week ago to refill the script, & verified that they faxed the doctor's office Several Times with no response back from the doctor's office. After going through the usual process of press this & press that to be directed to the right office staff member, I explained my problem, only to be put on hold until I realized they weren't coming back to my phone call. I then called again, & started all over. The same thing happened in the second call! The 3rd time, it happened for the last time.
      These are just a couple of bad experiences that have happened lately.
      My advice to you is to find another doctors office.

      A complete FAIL on their part. I ran 50 pavers short after buying a entire pallet of pavers from them. They told me I would have to buy another entire pallet to get 50 pieces. Now if I didn't already buy a pallet from them, I wouldn't be writing this review. I went to them 3 times and each time they gave me the same NO. I will never give them my business again!!!
