we're from a place with good pizza and have not found anything even close to meeting expectations in the Houston area. Collinas is definitely the best we have had so far. Enjoyed the BYOB aspect, not that we are picky drinkers, but it's nice to have our own choices. You can get beer and wine there if you want. The place smelled great when you walk in, we went early on Friday night - about 5pm. There was one large party and just a few other tables occupied at the time. Service was just fine, younger wait staff, but they did a good job and were fun. The table bread was good, mixed with the oil and cheese. We tried the grilled calamari, we knew it was a risk and it we were right, not very good. It was a bit better with some marinara sauce. In any case, we were there for pizza, got the 12" sausage and mushroom. it was good. Took a few pieces home for lunch the next day and it was just as good on day 2. we'll be back soon.

Just finished lunch here and will be back again. I had the brisket with cole slaw and baked potato salad for my sides. The wife had the pulled pork sandwich. There's no leftovers to take home, it was that good. Fast and friendly service and good value. Less than $20 for both of us and we are stuffed. Good sweet tea. Highly recommend.
