Decided to take a chance and try a tow company without a rating, since we had been severely let down when the last tow company (Copus) damaged the vehicle to the tune of a $1200 repair and refused to do so much as refund us the cost. It seems to be a small operation and the prices were standard, but the gentleman on the phone was friendly and understanding, and given that we could not afford to repair the vehicle, even offered to take it to the scrapyard. He picked up the car from the shop in a timely manner, although due to the state of the vehicle, had to include a dolly charge ($45) which was necessary to transport it. Upon arrival he maneuvered the Saab expertly into our assigned space and we had our car back after the short procedure.

I am very glad to have tried someone new and after meeting the driver I'm sure to call back again!
