So happy to have found out that TKB had a new location. We hadn't been here for a few years but always try to come when passing through. This place is very bright and cheery. The lines were long, but moved fast. My son and I split the Mexican Marilyn Monroe with jalapeno focaccia bread. It was delicious! We went to sit in the large room, sharing with several families. The reason for three stars? As soon as we got our food, the gentleman who worked the cashier said we all had to leave because the room was being used. But there no reservation sign on the table and no closure of the room until after the fact. It was very off putting. We had to pick up our food and try to find a place to sit in their already crowded dining area. Luckily, a nice family left and motioned us over to sit down. I think the worker here could've handled this situation a lot more differently. He was just abrupt. Even the other families sitting nearby were startled. We will be looking for a new place to dine than here.

It was so great to come across this restaurant while passing through Tucson. Service was excellent. As a matter of fact, we were served by the granddaughter of the owner of La Indita. She shared that the restaurant is family owned, which made this restaurant much more special. Our food was delicious! We started off with delicious chips and salsa. The salsa was thin in texture, yet very flavorful. My son ordered the mole special and commented that it was one of the best mole dishes he had ever eaten. I am not a fan of mole myself but did have a small taste of it and it was good. The beans, rice and tortilla that came with it were superb! Our favorite dish by far, though, was the Indian fry bread taco. It was so flavorful! The last time I had Indian fry bread, the bread was too greasy, but this was not greasy one bit! We ordered an extra bread by itself and put honey and powdered sugar on it. It was a nice way to end our meal. We loved dining here and hope to come back if we are ever in town again.

Delicious and filling! Really liked the focaccia bread, too. Happy to have this nearby and will be back soon. The customer service was on point, too.
