Oct 13, 2018Updated reviewChanging my 5 star review to one ! Horrible service . Purchased my 2016 car 7 months ago and I'm having expensive major mechanical issues.This car is still fairly new ! Nissian service is horrible even after I purchased an extended warranty which was not cheap . I will never purchase a car here again!!!

I purchased my Nissan with a gentleman named Francisco G. ,I felt after shopping and going to many auto dealers he was the person I wanted to purchase from ! He gave above and beyond customer service ! Next was dealing with the finance manager who closed the deal with perfect service Giovanni B. I couldn't of asked for better service . I wanted to thank them for such a great and comfortable experience ! Both of you make Cerritos Nissan what it is, you gave great service.I also love my car !Thank you

Horrible service !!! Paid for a diagnostic for my ac they told me bullshit paid over 200 ! Then they said that didn't work so 70 extra to do another diagnostic I said no way taking my car to get serviced elsewhere ! I should of read the reviews first :( do yourself a favor don't bring ur car here .
