I found these guys through Living Social. Right up front let me say that they were great. They were very professional and responsive before they arrived and did a great job. I had tried two other cleaning services before working with these guys and they were unresponsive and/or rude. These guys are nothing but professional and responsive.
I had them pressure wash my house and it turned out great. While they were here I also added in my stone walkway and they were happy to add it in - and at a very reasonable price! They were very considerate of the plants that I have all around my house. I thought that I was going to have to paint the pillars on my porch but they worked on them and treated them and they came out great. I was amazed - I just can not say enough about their effort and the results.
They are definitely the only place I will go from no on for siding cleaning. If I was not getting ready to move I would definitely have them come back and do my deck too! A pleasurable and rewarding experience.
I have now been here 3 times. The first time was with my Adult Sunday school class and was great. (Original review 4). The second time I came with my family and it was still pretty good. My wife and I ordered the mussels and several (~10) did not open. When we pointed this out to our waitress she said she would send over the manager. No one came by but when she brought the bill she said that she could not find him but that she had gone ahead and taken the mussels off the bill. No issues there - just what should have happened. I should restate that we had the mussels on our first visit and that they were good.
The reason that I am changing my review is our last visit - again with our family. We sat in the area that has couches and chairs - which we love. The first concern is that one of the chairs had a broken leg and the couch was missing the feet so it was extremely low and the arm was broken. While not that big of a deal it shows a lack of concern for the general appearance of the facility - which I blame on management. The real kicker though was that as we were wrapping up our dinner at 8:10 PM a bachelorette party piled into the booth next to us. When there was not enough seats for the group one of the girls sat on the back of the couch where my daughter was sitting - invading her space to the point that she could not sit back. The girls then got out the typical bachelorette party props - which I fully understand at appropriate times - but it was 8:00 PM and we were not the only family there eating at that time. On our way out we talked to our server and asked to speak to the manager. She tried to get him and after that when he saw us he turned away and walked in another direction. He did finally come and talk to my wife as I was getting the car. He said that at 9:00 PM they start carding - a great idea - but it was 8:00 PM and so in my mind they still have a responsibility to maintain a family friendly atmosphere - unless they do not want families to frequent the restaurant. And what about allowing patrons to basically push us out of our seats? Well, he did offer us a coupon for a free appetizer.
So - for management that does not seem to care about the appearance of the facility or their family clientele I am giving them a generous rating of 1. We will probably not be back so if anyone wants a free appetizer let me know and I will give you our coupon.
We went here with a large group of friends (16 total) and they were able to seat us all at a table (we had made a reservation) so kudos for that. The décor is nice and they have large doors that can open when the weather is nice (we were there in the winter so did not get to enjoy those).
They do have some good HH deals during the week and we plan to go back with the family to take advantage of those. The one thing to mention is that it is pretty noisy so it can be hard to carry on a conversation.
We had mussels from the appetizer menu and split the fish tacos. The mussels were good. The tacos were ok but did not have as much flavor as I would have liked - but definitely edible and I may try them again.
Highly recommend this place. The wait staff was among the most knowledgeable that I have had a restaurant in a long time - very refreshing right from the start. Really sets the stage. The ambiance is nice and the view of the water is very nice. And all the food that we had was top notch. A really great place for a date (although I was there with the family).
I had one of the best massages I have ever had here. It was different than other massages that I have had in a good way. The décor is nice - definitely not a drawback. The music selection was eclectic and enjoyable. I tried this though a Living Social deal so the price was definitely good - but they have specials that also make this very price competitive. I went with my fiancé and although we had not bought a "couples" massage they worked with us to put us in the same group. A great experience to kick off the weekend. I will definitely be back.
We stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Very quaint and the people staff was very friendly. We ordered a mimosa with white wine rather than champagne and they were very happy to support. This may sound small but we have been several places where we were told no. The eggs benedict with the crab cake were awesome - could become a Saturday morning ritual! Definitely much better than the fast food places and the chain restaurants.
