This was my third time ever doing Sugar Waxing. I decided to try this place for the first time and Lisette was EXCELLENT. She was so kind and tried to be as gentle as possible. The place was also very clean and everyone wore masks. Highly recommend and will definitely go again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had an amazing experience with Loftey. I don't think I could have found the apartment of my dreams without them. Nick was my broker and he was incredibly kind, patient and I truly felt he knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. We did an entire day of apartment tours and his energy was the same throughout the whole day. I also appreciated the honesty and transparency Nick provided throughout this whole process.

I definitely recommend Loftey to anyone who is looking for an apartment in NYC. I personally was looking for a big studio in a luxury building with an in-unit washer/dryer, great views, and within my budget. Thankfully, I was able to get all that.

Worst pizza service ever... Took OVER an hour and 35min when it gave me an estimate of 45min. Now i know why this place very poor reviews. Completely unacceptable. Sofia over the phone was helpful, but this pizza was for employers who were STARVING and the delay was just not acceptable.

If you need to get your lashes or brows done...THIS IS THE BEST place to go. Ellie and Amy are fantastic and do an excellent job. They provide great customer service and explain in detail the aftercare of your service for it to last longer.

I have gotten microblading done and my eyebrows literally transformed! Ellie took the time to shape my eyebrows before she started microblading so i can feel comfortable with the shape. I notice a lot of places give the same shape to every woman and that simply does not work. Ellie recommends EXACTLY what you need for your face and how to look your best! :)

I have also gotten a lash lift from both Ellie and Amy in the past. Amy is Ellie's assistant and she does an excellent job. I highly recommend this service to anyone who doesn't want the hassle of maintaining lash extensions.
