      I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about The Grand Highland Hotel.
      My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and very quaint boutique hotel as well helping my daughter and son-in-law host their wedding event at the hotel's outdoor venue.

      The venue is picture perfect with a back in time magical feeling - both elegant and timeless - yet simple and serene.

      The wedding/event staff as well as the hotel staff are amazing and go above and beyond in every single way !!
      They are all top notch - personable, caring, professional and knowledgeable !!

      A huge shout out to all of them who made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding a dream to remember and our family and friends hotel stay an exceptional getaway.

      A Big Thank You to Natasha (Venue Event Manager) and all the wonderful hotel and event staff - Matt, Shannon, Josh, Joe, Nick, Steven, and Ethan (and anyone that I may have accidentally left out) for your first-class hospitality !!

      You are all a wonderful reminder of what superb customer service is all about !!
      From check-in to check-out - everything was perfect !!

      If anyone ever has the opportunity to visit Prescott and needs a place to stay or a venue to host their event - this is the place for you !! You will create memories that will last you a lifetime and be surrounded by individuals who care about you and want to make your experience the very best ever !!

      Just want to send out a huge thank you to Jonathan at this Big Lots Store at Tatum and Bell (85032). He went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with a recent patio furniture purchase. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. We had honestly thought that we had run out of options finding what we wanted and needed but Jonathan helped make it happen.

      In addition, both Jonathan and another employee by the name of William assisted my husband with the large carry out to our truck (two trips) which made the buying process even smoother.

      Employees like both of them should be commended especially since it seems as though the lack of overall good customer service everywhere seems to have fallen through the cracks this past year, but obviously not at this Big Lots -- thanks to
      the excellent customer service they both provided !! Thanks again, guys !!

      I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about this Enterprise location at Bell Road and 28th Street.
      My husband and I needed to rent a SUV and since we had rented a car from this location several years ago and it was an excellent experience at that time - we decided to go with them again.

      The customer service at this location is top notch!!
      We worked with a wonderful gentleman by the name of Jordan Hass. Jordan exemplifies the true meaning of great customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable, honest and caring. Jordan was also very patience with us as we were not sure which size SUV we actually wanted to rent, so he showed us several different ones that were available and explained their features so that we could find the right fit for our needs. Jordan was also very thorough when it came to the rental process and the daily rate we got - fit our budget exactly. The SUV we rented was clean and ran perfectly. We were very happy with our rental choice.

      We also had the pleasure of interacting with another customer service representative by the name of Tyler.
      He too, was extremely helpful and personable.
      With all the craziness going on right now in our world - it is extremely refreshing to know that great customer service still exists. It is definitely apparent that Enterprise hires the best individuals (employees) to represent their company.

      I am hopeful that the Enterprise Organization values their employees as much as their employees value their customers. It is obvious to me that individuals like Jordan and Tyler take pride in their jobs and they make it a priority to see that their customers alway have the best rental experience possible!!

      Thanks guys!! Because of you - we will rent from you and your location again and we will pass the word on - to our family and friends!!

      First off - I want to say that I have not had the need to go to an urgent care or a minute clinic so I am not familiar with the latest policies and procedures there but something unexpected arose so I needed to use this type of service. I decided to try a Minute Clinic at a CVS Store. I quickly realized that they are very busy and wait times are extremely long but that did not deter me. I went to a location in North Scottsdale since it was nearby where I was at the time. Needless to say - I was not impressed and ended up not being seen after waiting nearly three hours. I won't go into details.
      But lets just say - it lacked good customer service, listening skills, and basically any empathy at all....

      Thankfully - I did not give up on Minute Clinic and decided to try a different location. I went to the one closer to my house once I returned home and I was pleasantly surprised. The CVS at 32nd Street and Union Hills has a very nice Minute Clinic inside their store.
      It is roomy, quaint, and organized. They also have a Care Concierge who is available to help you get signed in and with questions if needed. The CVS store itself is really nice and very clean. They have also recently remodeled it and it looks wonderful. Everyone working at this store is very helpful and happy which is so wonderful to see and to experience. The pharmacy was also prompt and professional.

      The best part of all is the service that I received during my Minute Clinic visit. I was greeted by a very kind and caring Nurse Practitioner named Tammy Gregory. I felt that she truly took a vested interest in me from the start regarding why I was there and what I needed.
      Tammy was remarkable in every way! She listened, she cared, she was thorough, helpful and knowledgeable in trying to resolve my health concern.

      Most importantly - Tammy was friendly, compassionate and showed a great deal of empathy. You can tell that helping, listening and caring for people in need is very important to her. It's not just a job. And amazingly - she did all this while still handling other issues like their sign up portal being down and her needing to communicate with a technician and upper management to get this technical problem resolved quickly so that they could still accommodate so many other people who needed to be seen.

      It is so refreshing to still know that great customer service and awesome medical care is available when we need it. The world is a bit crazy right now and we are all dealing with unexpected things so being able to get great care quickly is very important and much needed.

      To sum things up - This Minute Clinic location and their NP - Tammy Gregory are on top of their game!!
      Thank you Tammy for brightening my day and making my experience the best it could be!!
