I used these guys last year when I downsized into a 2/2. They sent me 3 of the hardest working guys ever. They got me packed up, moved across town, and unpacked in 5 hours flat! I've already recommended these guys to 5 of my friends. I'm getting ready to move again and I'm calling them because I trust them to do a great job!

Went there for lunch. My 1st Time in any Torchys. Place was towards end of lunch rush, but still pretty busy. I sat at the bar. Told them it was my first time there so the bartender (tall black man) explained the menu to me mostly. I was still confused about the chips and salsa. Didn't realize they weren't "gratis"... extra $5.99 on my bill, but what the heck. It was tasty. Got the brisket and the steak fajitas. Very flavorful although I thought they came with sour cream, which I love, but they didn't. But overall very tasty. Nice little date night.

So I'm getting off work as a teacher on 1st day of school. My kid is exhausted. I'm exhausted. My daughter's lunch got stolen/lost... I'm trying to get dinner taken care of, and home, as quickly as possible. I'm calling the number... no answer, trying again, again and again. Still no answer. I drive over to see if their still open. They are . I express my frustration (politely) about not being able to order over the phone. The manager (female) is like, "Oh I guess our phones aren't working"... She says it's going to be 15-20 min. I decide to order a large drink for while I wait. Total comes out to $25. You'd think that the manager would understand some concept of hospitality and customer service and say, "I apologize for our phone system frustrating you and holding up your day. Let me comp you that drink". But nope. Then there is no Diet Coke. Floor is dirty, tables still have pieces of pepperoni stuck to the edges of table... how does this place stay open? How does she still have a job?

Service was great and the place was packed! SRO to get a table. No sign of ole grumpy. They might want to pay attention to the parking lot as there were huge pieces of glass there 2 days in a row. But that would be the manager's job. Waitresses were knocking it out of the park!
