Fantastic food, attentive service, and a low-key vibe. Some of the best mole in Chicago. This is a destination.
Everyone from the hostess to the waitstaff was just the kindest and most attentive. The table snacks are fully addictive. And is there a need to talk mole? I mean, it's wow.
This place has been around a while, but either I've never noticed it before, or it changed owners in the past year or two. IDK. But I have never dined here until early 2024. I'm pretty mad I was sleeping on this spot. I will definitely be back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
Nov 1, 2023This space is truly terrifying. I don't understand why anyone would enjoy this experience.
The seating is steep and the rows are narrow. Making it difficult and scary to get in and out of the row, especially scooting by people in their seats.
If you have mobility issues or are wearing super high heels or are over 50, I wouldn't do it,
It's packed in. Like really really packed. And it's really narrow in the space. It feels suffocating.
The screen is overwhelming and at times will make you feel nauseous.
If you get up from your seat and try to stand in the open balcony they will force you back to your seat or out.
I paid $1200 for U2 tickets and left two songs in. I couldn't stay in the seats and they wouldn't let me stand.
I talked to a couple of the workers all who shared stories of other people they know having a hard time with the venue. So it's definitely not just me.
I was more excited than anyone for this show. Extremely bummed that the reality of the venue doesn't match the hype.

Mar 20, 2023Purchased a table arrangement by phone for an engagement party. When I called they walked me through their available containers and wanted to make sure they found something that I liked... all sight unseen.

It's everything good with small business. Personal service with a selection of high quality products.
They carry local items like sauces and a really good selection of products that can only be found here or by searching them out on the Internet.
We bought a grill here and it's way better, way nicer than our old grill that's falling apart bought from Home Depot.
We also picked up some seasoning spices and sauces. Yum!!

Dec 8, 2022We contacted Lake County Maid Services to clean our home. After doing an in-person walkthrough of our house we received a bid.
The bid was astronomical. Too many hours for a second home that is lightly used.
Even so, we were open to working with them and figuring out what legitimately made sense, but they didn't even give us the courtesy of a phone call to discuss. They flatly turned down our job.
Honestly, I feel like they came in and saw our very expensive home and then it was a money grab. They pushed expensive services we didn't need or want and when we tried to get the services to a reasonable amount that worked for our actual situation they shut down the conversation.
For such a "service-oriented" company, it's crazy to me that they didn't even give us a call to have the conversation.
They turned enthusiastic prospects into folks who are genuinely irritated and vocal. We will be sharing our experience with all our neighbors and making sure no one else we know goes through this time wasting exercise.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
