My HOA had a solar installation done by them. The commissioning was delayed by over a month because they did not know how to correctly connect the solar system into the grid. When it finally was commissioned, it kept failing for months, because they didn't follow their own plans. I was the one who had to figure out the problem. When it finally worked, it took quite a while to fix failed optimizers, in part because they didn't have the physical layout (which they still don't have a complete physical layout.) There are junction boxes that are not sealed properly, and have not been fixed -- despite promising to do so for over a year.
Leo promised "[y]out will see an return on investment (ROI) within 6.24 years trading electric bill for a solar system you own." I call bullshit on that. The actual 1st year production was about 70% of what was promised. The ROI is probably double what they promised.
They are now being sued for over $3,000,000.00 for Fraud In the Inducement, breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, and Unfair Competition. This is Los Angeles Superior Court Case Number: 23STCV1129.
The service of the meat was very slow, so slow that it seem as though they were encouraging people to fill up on the buffet. Nothing in the buffet was labeled. Had to ask for and then wait for water.
Not worth the money.

William,
While are glad you were able to stop by Bon Shabu, it's disappointing our service was not up to par. Our team is working hard to accommodate our guests in a timely manner, especially during the holidays, so we truly appreciate your patience. As we have just recently opened, we are currently in the midst of training our staff members and we apologize for any inconvenience. We will send your review up to the team to make drastic improvements. Your feedback will be used to improve and we hope to welcome you back another time. Thank you
I have been going there for years. It has gone down hill in the last year. My wife and I had the ribeye, and it was not that good. It used to be good.
The French onion soup had gone downhill too.
We were able to be seated immediately.
Doorking's own support person admitted that the keys for many of the units are the same key. This allows someone who gets the doorking unit to open every other unit so unauthorized people can get access to the building. There is no way to adjust the volume of the open tone without changing the telephone volume.
I had been here a couple times in as many weeks. They have not had their spicy chicken. They say they have not had it for a month. They blame it on the pandemic. They had it months ago, still during the pandemic.
