Thank you, Anton, for making what we do so enjoyable and fun. We're so thrilled everything passed your expectations! We hope you'll have us again soon.
Wishing you the best,
Paul's Paellas
We hired this service to help our daughter get to college. In the middle of service they made attempt to increase fees. After that they actually cancelled it. It was very inconvenient considering that we already spent 3-4 weeks and had to start from scratch with other company.

Anton,
I wanted to explain why we gave your family a full refund so that other parents can decide whether we are a good fit to work with them.
As we worked with you through January and February of junior year, it became clear that three things made us a poor fit for your family's needs:
1) We believe in a student-driven process, where we at Passport help the student take responsibility for the entire application process. It's the main reason parents hire us, so that they can enjoy the final year of living together without bickering about application deadlines. We think the best role for parents to play is the supportive cheerleader, offering help and encouragement from the sideline.
2) We believe that the college search process is a journey, which is why we spend so much time talking about what our students want from their college experience. It's fine to apply exclusively to the top 15 or 20 colleges, but it's not the approach we recommend.
3) We believe college essays are best written over the summer before senior year, not in junior year. Since you wanted to start in February of junior year on the essays, we thought it was too early. We refunded you in April, a full six months before even the earliest college application deadlines to give you plenty of time to polish your applications.
I'm sorry we didn't figure out this poor fit earlier. It's rare that we have to stop working with a student, but we decided ultimately that we could not meet your family's needs. When I heard about your concerns in March, I tried to put myself in your shoes. Could we fix the situation? And if not, what's the appropriate action?
In your case, I do not believe we were the right fit, so I was happy to give you a full refund, and not charge you for the 12 hours we had spent on your case. I also referred you to several trusted counselors so you could find a better fit, and it appears you found success with Dr. Leven. I am glad to hear it.
Please contact me if you wish to discuss this issue further.
Sincerely,

P.S. I noticed your family has posted multiple reviews. I hope this response covers all of your concerns.
UC San Diego Health System has two branches, so they basically charge you twice
for everything they are doing. Even if you come for office visit they apply charge for hospital too. Of course you don't know about it until you receive a huge bill. I think it is a scam in order to get more money. Anthony
I have seen Dr. Keys for my back pain. She is not only relieved it,
but in a few visits practically cured it. I will strongly recommend her to anybody.
