We went to El Paisa Grill tonight to celebrate two birthdays. We were seated in a timely manner. Our waitress was very slow to take our drink and food orders then it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks. Our food was delivered to another table, placed on the table then placed back on the servers tray. We watched it be taken back to the kitchen and several minutes later the same food was delivered to our table. Needless to say, the food was cold. We never got refills on our drinks after asking the waitress for refills. The fajitas were well seasoned but chewy. Full menu is a little pricey for what you get. We were also disappointed that the Mariachi band was not playing as advertised.

I want to apologize for the service you experienced with us, Roxanne, especially because you were celebrating two very special occasions. Each of our guests deserves speedy service and warm food every time, and I regret we didn't put our best foot forward this time. I've already begun the conversations necessary to improve these aspects, and I hope you'll give us another chance to prove we're capable of better.

Cartow was such a blessing to me today. I waited 4 hours for Allstate roadside service to dispatch a tow truck that never arrived. I called Cartow and was helped with amazing customer service. The dispatcher was polite and caring. She kept me informed as I waited. Tyler arrived within an hour and was so helpful. He got my car started without having to tow it to the dealer. He saved me money by doing so. Tyler is a wonderful asset to your company. Thank you!
After planning a visit to boondocks all week we go to just be turned away cause of a private party on a Friday night. Very disappointing. Sad part is it was not the first time it has happened.
Food was ok but service was slow. Waitress charged my debit card for someone's else's bill. Then charged my bill on my debit card so I had two charges pending - trying up extra money for three days.
Counter help person very moody and acts upset when help is needed. Snack counter under staffed. Food took over an hour to receive. We will be looking for a new place to bowl.
