I used to live downtown and my favorite thing was walking here on Sunday morning to get a croissantwhich or bagelwich. They rarely disappoint. It depends on who is working too. A couple times there was a new girl and she would just put the cream cheese in the bag instead of on our sandwich but normally there's no problem. There used to be a guy there named Riley and he made the best sandwiches ever I miss him. Overall, cute and quiet cafe with adorbale shops around. If it is sunny out you can cross the street and eat by the fountain.
Good kolaches they are soft and buttery. The donuts are okay nothing amazing but they have a good selection and are always stocked up. Especially on the weekends where most donut shops normally have a limited selection.
Good kolaches and quick service normally. The kolaches are more of a crunchy bread instead of the normal soft yeast dough. The sausage inside is very good though, these are normally very juicy and dripping. However, the jalepeno kolache is kinda lame because most of the jalepenos are in the center so you get one big bite of them and the rest is lacking. They look a little poorly made sometimes with some being massive and others being thin. I enjoy eating these initially but it usually always comes with a stomach ache after. My boyfriend got a lemon filled donut as well and it was comically small. It was smaller than the palm of my hand. I would stick with the DONUT shops.
This place has such a cute interior and sweet customer service. I got a deep dish pepperoni pizza (medium) and a regular cheese sticks. Both were good, nothing stellar. I felt like for the price I would be getting more but the medium was pretty small. I feel like the small would be more like a personal size. The cheese bread was also alright it looked and tasted pretty basic. It came with a side of marinara that was very sweet, so if that's your thing you're in luck. It's greasy pizza which I am a fan of but I know that turns some people off. I don't think I'll go back just because of how expensive it is for what you get.
I love this place! The drinks here are very good and the customer service is always stellar. My go-to drink is taro milk tea with boba and I think it gets better everytime I go. My boyfriend loves their frappes his favorite being the cookies n cream. Recently, he tried the fruity pebbles frappe and it is now his favorite. You are always in and out quickly and it's an overall great experience.
