I'm sorry the past actions of one of your party members led to this situation but we take the safety of our staff members very seriously. Although the incident involving one of your party members getting belligerent with our staff members happened years ago, it did if fact happen at the restaurant and there were multiple incidents in which the party member behaved inappropriately at the restaurant. While I'm glad to now learn that this person has made some positive changes, it would have been preferable to discuss this matter directly with management ahead of time to avoid a disruption. The rest of your party were served drinks and was welcome to stay, and I do apologize that this incident impacted your evening.
