I have been at The Springs to recuperate from injury the 1st time last year! But this review is for May 16-June 23. I got the upmost care and they took care of me after having a reversal shoulder implant on May 14th. The Aides, CNA's & RN get and A+ and the Physical Therapist and the OT's they get a A+ the food was Delicious and gets and A+ and getting to know my helpers to me felt like I was home! I give Everyone who works for The Springs 5*! I heard people complain about the food! But like I said I enjoyed every meal! I didn't have to cook it or clean up afterwards. If I'm in need to return again I'll choose The Springs over any Skilled Nursing Facality/Rehab in San Diego! Thankyou for Helping me get better even after my Fall & having 12 stitches on my right knee! They were all concerned but my right knee buckled and that's how I fell and busted open my right knee! Got stitched up at Scripps La Jolla Trauma Center. Thornton at UCSD doesn't have a Trauma Center! Thankyou Lyn for your quick response to me! Thanks Springs for letting me stay again at your Facility!
