Ordered the chicken avocado chicken melt sandwich and a whole salad. The focaccia bread was so thick; it was the sandwich. The other ingredients were barely present. The chipotle dressing was sparse along with other ingredients that make-up the sandwich. Had to t not been so cold outside I would have returned to the restaurant for a refund.

All Potbelly's are consistent in providing quality salads and sandwiches. I have not had a bad experience at any I have purchased at.

Restaurant is large, clean and spacious. If you have a large group this restaurant can accommodate. On the far right side is a bar and more seating area. If you are dining alone sit at the bar. All diners should be aware there is a 20% tip added into your bill automatically; it is printed at the very bottom of menu. The bar has good breakfast drinks. The menu offers a make your own grits option which I recommend if you like grits. I do recommend this restaurant because the food was prepared Food Network style; good presentation and not over or undercooked. I would not order the chorizo again because of its HIGH salt content; there are other meat options. The chef was smart in putting my meal together see spice and description below; another reason I recommend this restaurant.

The service request was vent microwave to outside. The male lead was given microwave model number and he took a picture of the unit. During 1st visit he looked over cabinet space and microwave and we agreed upon price and install date. Date of install two men from HH came to install unit and informed me it could not be done because a cabinet needed to replaced with a smaller cabinet to accommodate the microwave. The lead male showed up later and rather than apologize for not correctly evaluating the installation he suggested I purchase a different style microwave or purchase a smaller cabinet..... He never took responsibility for his part in not evaluating the installation correctly. After waisting time it was agreed I would purchase a smaller cabinet to accommodate the microwave. 3rd visit: I had cabinet, same microwave and a different crew shows up to do installation along came lead person . Meaning he showed up later for the installation than the new crew. The installation was unprofessional . The microwave itself was taped to flex piping ant the flex piping was taped to a vent flapper tat appeared taped to microwave. The outlet which the microwave was plunged into was behind the microwave after installation with microwave itself pushed up against it.. very unsafe looking and not installed per manufacturer's specifications. I don't feel safe with such an install.
