Our washer was not draining properly, and after a few attempts to fix on our own, I called A-1 Appliance to see if they could come out and take a look. They were able to get us in just 2 days after I called, and Matt came out and had the washer fixed within 10 minutes. He also showed me how to properly drain the washer, so we wouldn't need to call next time it isn't working. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

My husband and I started looking for a rental about a month before we were planning on moving. We talked to a few different places, and for various reasons they weren't working out for us. We went into CPM as a "back-up" just so we'd have a place. Working with them long distance is tough, and there were many times that communication was not great and caused a lot of stress on us as we tried to plan for the move. Once we finally got approved for the place, we started working with Paul who I found to be the most helpful person at CPM thus far. The apartment is super quiet and clean, and overall, we're happy with the place and the eventual service that we've received!
