Place is super legit for a barber shop! Kid friendly and all the services you could ask for. My son and I have been getting cut by Anthony for 6+ years and he never fails or argues to make a few minor adjustments so you leave the chair happy! Way underpriced for the service and care you get!

This place is F.O.U.L filthy the food was decent but the chairs were bad there was this red stuff on it and the table. There are trash bags laying on top of the trash cans. Almost every surface had some kinda spilled and dried sauce. This place is a disgrace for the entire El Pollo chain.

Make sure you give them extra time when preordering in the app. And I wasnt the only one waiting. Will probably be the last time i go to this location.

Wow! I've been going to CFG for YEARS all over So. Cal. And by FAR this Redlands location is the worst service by FAR. Spent close to $100 here on a to go order and we were there for an HOUR because they screwed up the order. And when I brought the error to Alex's attention she spoke with her manager Michelle, who didn't want to speak with me, they made me get back in line to order the item they messed up. My cousin noticed during the 20 minute wait several people coming back with wrong orders. Sad. I even heard one of the chefs say "This is embarrassing..." and slam a pan around in the kitchen. No standards? No system? No customer service? If be embarrassed too.

I will NEVER go here again personally or for business. I couldnt wait for you to come to Redlands now ill never be back. Sorry CFG these people you have working for you are screwing up your brand. $100 made today to lose thousands over the years.
