Do not move into this complex. I'm writing this anonymously as I still live here.
1) every change of the seasons we get cockroaches as big is my thumb. Never seen roaches this big in my life.
2) someone drilled into the gas tanks of the cars and stole peoples gas
3) our water heater has leaked for the last 6 months and they keep putting a quick fix and it breaks almost immediately again
4) you can't smoke anywhere not even on your patio
5) it costs ENTIRELY TOO much to live here
6) our garage leaks and same issue just a quick fix and it keeps leaking
7) the "security" gate never works and is always open

Although I can say the leasing staff is very nice

Horrible customer service. Ordered a sofa and was told two weeks for delivery. Didn't receive until 3 months later. No compensation or customer service what so ever. We will never buy another piece of furniture again from Bob's

I like that they have two separate parks for smaller and older children. I do wish they had a better swing for toddlers. Although they've got a special needs swing that is awesome.
