      Sad Sad... I bragged about this place to my kids because my company ordered them, instead of getting great food like previously I got sub par food. I ordered on Grubhub where it says "order sauces through driver" or NO SAUCE! So of course I WANT SAUCE including the extra guacamole I ordered but I'm not so lucky! The driver gets here and says he's nit sure what I'm talking about because he doesn't have sauce in his car, he's we left already and no one told him to bring sauce! WTF! You can't tell anyone because you only have two choices - tell driver or No Sauce (See picture) then I ordered churros (3) mini, they were so hard in almost teeth...
      so I dug in our drawers for Taco Bell sauce! How terrible is that, should have just ate there it would've been better than the dry steak tavos, chips with no salsa, and dry burrito- at least we had sour cream for the nachos in our fridge! Because they came with none!!!
      Sorry but it's obvious not all SHARKYS WOOD FIRED GRILLS ARE EQUAL... this one is absolutely terrible for the 70$ I spent I threw away 60$ worth... Them and Grubhub are deleted off my phone!

      It's sad I've called 4... yes 4! Menchie's and each of them has stated they DONT have salted caramel as an option... I just moved to this area, and can say that's disappointing... in LONG BEACH we can find it at ALL of our yogurt shops, especially Tootie Froitie! Best shop ever off of cherry!
      Get with it SFV... we love that flavor and have driven to LB to get it because the Menchie shops say all the time since we've moved up here they might have next week... booooo.... In two months you've not gotten it! Smh...

      This isn't about the employee service because they are great and always want to help... this is about the company as a whole who don't supply these great reps with product that some of us truly love!
      I mix plain tart and salted caramel ! Amazing mix!!!

      Ever since we moved from Las Vegas this clinic has been wonderful to our dogs! Always easy to get into and Kim and Blanca are so kind and sweet towards us and our dogs...
      highly recommend them!

      I have been a 20 year customer of theirs and today had the worst customer service ever!!! I was put on hold after speaking to 4 reps to try to cancel my service, I was put on hold for over 3 hours then had a machine come on and say "were sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties please try your call another time" then I called back and it said it is now closed after business hours. I AM SO DONE! i filed a better business bureau complaint on them. I am done with shotty customer service! I was on the phone with cancellations and he transferred me to another dept saying he couldn't help me so when I was transferred back I got nobody! I am so pissed off and done with Sprint! I think all their reps should be fired and rehire and train new ones!!!!! there should have been no reason the first three reps couldn't help me and cancel my five accounts I have with them!!! I should've never been put on hold for over 3 hours! trying to leave them!! I am done with this company they just lost a 20 year customer with 5 lines!!!!

      Sat here while the attended was outside then walked inside while we tried to pay for gas she walked back outside locked up again and made us wait another 5 mins while she tried to find fire out how to put a yellow cover on a pump BUT why didn't she take the money the first time we were in the store instead of locking up a second time when NOBODY ELSE was here! One guy who walked up walked off. I've never had such terrible service. This place is usually great. TRAIN HER BETTER
