      After driving past the place almost every day and my mom living in the neighborhood next door, I finally ventured over there a few months ago with some friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to choosing what's good to eat... well everything is good (or so I hear... I've only ate the same thing every time I've been so far lol). Their menu is huge and there are so many combos and sides to choose from!

      If that doesn't tell you that they're good.... we just booked them for our May 2015 wedding and I cannot wait!!

      Went for a "girls night" last Friday, 10/10/14, we all ordered drinks except for one. We all ordered THE SAME DRINK, but our server charged one girl $3 more because she ASSUMED she wanted the more expensive tequila in her frozen strawberry margarita. What kind of server does that?? I've served before and you're always supposed to ask the customer before you go and ring up the most expensive one!!!!

      If I ever do return there, I'll make sure it's with a different server.

      They're really hard to get ahold of and when they do answer it takes forever for them to say "hello, blah blah blah." Comcast sent me to them because I forgot to pay my last bill with them before switching to another service.

      I originalled owed Comcast around $167 and set up 2 auto pays with collections to deduct from my bank account. Earlier this week, I called Comcast, and made sure they received my equipment then called FRM to tell them my amount owed had changed and that I will not be paying the first initial payment of $167 they set me up for.

      Then yesterday, I received a letter with a reminder they were going to be deducting $87 from my account on Monday. THEY BETTER NOT. I already paid the balance owed towards Comcast.

      Used to never have problems here until recently. Came home after going out with some friends and got into the drive through line at 3:30am and wanted to order dinner type food (burgers/fries). Sat there for a good 25min, tried talking to the speaker to get someones attention. Then some guy came outside and changed the menu to breakfast! REALLY!?! We weren't interested in breakfast so we just left. Second time was more recent and waited at the "3rd window" forever for my food. I almost thought they forgot about me because other people were quickly driving off with their food.

      Took my car here twice. The first time, I told them what needed to be fixed and they ended up fixing something completely different that didn't fix the initial issue. Then we took it back and they hooked the computer up to my car and brought up something completely different so they put a coil pack in the engine and there went another $100. Still did not fix the issue with my car. I do not plan on returning to them. They clearly don't know what they're doing if they can't fix my car the first time. I do not recommend them to anyone.
