On a business trip in Washington state for almost 2 weeks. Los potrillos is really great and clean. I love the authentic feel. I had many different plates. I will make this place again next time I'm in town. You can tell they care about the quality of their food here. I Highly recommend eating here.

I rented a vehicle From Denver Colorado to Orange County CA.

I changed my mind and wanted to drop off the vehicle in Las Vegas. I am being charged additional fees, crazy fees, a 2 days car rental that cost me $340, going to Orange County LA, is now $680.

I tried to make the changes over the phone, when I asked details why I will need to pay this much, I was unable to get answers, I requested to speak with a supervisor. But instead, the representative argued and at the end of the day he just hanged up!!

I called and called for almost an hour, and every time I requested for a Manager/supervisor it was the same outcome, an argument or they will just hang up.

This is the last time I will rent from budget, as soon as I get back to my office I will make sure to cancel my Corporate account with them.

Your customer service sucks. Long wait times and response times. Poor attention to detail.

It's hard to find authentic Mexican food. The quesadillas are the bomb!! A very unique way of serving. Los tacos pa chuparse los dedos, I Ate here 4 times in the 2 weeks I was visiting. Great job Tacos El Gordo.
