I've been coming back ever since they've opened.

I really enjoy the coffee milk tea. It's really strong & I get the kick that I need from it.

The service is good and the owner is very nice.

I really like the decoration and the ambience for a small spot. It's really nice and cozy.

Definitely worth checking out!

I was looking for a Mexican restaurant other than the typical Taquerias . As I was looking at the pictures , it gave a little more upscale feeling but not pocket breaking , so I figured might as well give it a go .

I ordered Ceviche Tostadas & Tortilla soup for appetizers and it did not disappoint . It's very flavorful and well balanced . It wasn't lacking any flavors at all . Like normally I would want to add salt or lime to the food but I didn't have to add any of those . The ceviche is more of a 5/5 although I felt like there can be a little more shrimp but the flavor is all there . The tortilla soup is 5/5 for being served hot & having such great flavor .

The Michelada with the shrimp was also good . The Michelada itself was missing a little more Clamato but the grilled shrimp that came with the drink was so good ! Simple but good . I just had to order a separate plate of just the shrimp itself . Michelada is 3/5 for being alright in flavor unless it was tweaked with Clamato but the shrimp is definitely 5/5 .

The staff is super attentive and friendly so that made the experience more pleasing on top the of good food that was served . This place is definitely recommended .

This hotel does not feel like a 5-star hotel at all. When I was doing my research online, this came up as a 5-star all inclusive hotel. I looked at the pictures and everything and it literally gave me the "wow, this place looks amazing!" I felt deceived when I arrived.

As I was coming to this hotel, I came across Riu Palace and that one definitely gave me the feels of WOW just by looking at the outside.

As I approached this hotel, I felt that the whole atmosphere was nice. Some parts of the exterior gave a really classy and upscale feel but damn, the rooms are straight up trash. The floors doesn't look and feel clean. There's constant flies and bugs being found in the room. I killed a couple days ago and it's still on the floor because the room service person doesn't even bother cleaning it. The towels smell old and musty. They're a little damp as well for a "new" towel. The room itself also smells old and musty. There are stains on the bottom of my bed sheet. I stayed here for 4 nights and it just felt dirty every time I came back into the room.

I'm not going to lie; the customer service is superb here. They are so friendly, polite, & respectful. Although the rooms aren't the best looking and feeling, the food and customer service is great! I honestly feel like the presentation of the hotel is nice - the fact that it's next to the beach, it tops it off as amazing. Be sure to go out at night and walk towards the beach, they have chairs there and it just feels amazing and so nice. The exact relaxation that a vacation is suppose to make you feel is there.

Overall, I don't think the rooms are up to expectation at all considering the fact that the pictures online made it look too amazing. Other than that, the experience is really nice. It gives a 3-4 star hotel feeling but 5-star customer service for sure.

This place is a joke.

I used to love this place. Never had a problem.

I ordered a pizza from here and all they gave me was maybe 3 out of however many ingredients I requested.

If they didn't want to make it, I rather they just cancel my order. No need to make a bullshit pizza and have it delivered half-assed.

Definitely never ordering from them ever again. Save yourself the time and trouble and just order from Mountain Mike's or Pizza Hut instead.
