What? This is a 24 hour place?! That's only one bonus. The chicken sandwich was so delicious. Better than most places I've been. It deserves so much more than just being a last minute place after the bars, although definitely got the menu for proper fried foods after hours. My boyfriend scarfed down the sandwich in a pretty unbelievable time. Pretty impressive. The fries were properly done and not old, which can be an issue when coming by after the bar scene. The bartender was super sweet and attentive. Thanks! Y'all have left a lasting impression. Happy to have found you guys!

So happy to have finally stopped by! I drive by this place frequently and am usually unable to stop, but so happy i did. These guys know how to do it right. Fish n chips are crisp on the outside, super flavorful, and spot on. Can't say enough about the ceviche. It is some of the best I've had. And low and behold, the fish tacos, which I reluctantly tried tonight (trying not to cheat on my beloved al pastor food truck), surprised me at how unbelievable it is. The guys there are super friendly and personable and they take their sauces seriously. Perfect place to stop for a quick lunch or dinner.

Bonus: they are one of the few food trucks open for dinner, which I really appreciate. Thanks guys for being consistent and delicious!

Finally, a classy and tasteful lingerie and adult store on Kauai. Iris, the super fab owner, really knows her stuff about everything in the store. She is so easy to talk to, which can be difficult sometimes with these types of "toys". She makes you comfortable and will find exactly what you need.

The shop is so lovely, settled in the middle of Kapaa town. There truly is everything you need from tasteful and gorgeous lingerie to the most kinky and exciting adult toys on the market right now. Looking forward to going back and getting more toys and lingerie. I definitely recommend this little boutique for anyone.

Bonus: Iris also sets up times to do a personal shopping session with you as well if you want to remain a bit more discreet!

I have been in this shop a couple of times, one of those times I purchased an acacia bikini. I came in yesterday in hopes of buying a new bikini from the new acacia line, but had a pretty sad experience from the moment I walked in the door.

No one greeted me. I smiled at the older woman behind the counter... (Owner?) and was given back a half smile. Still no, "hi! Can I help you with something?" I browsed through the bikinis, grabbed a couple of tops. As soon as I had something in my hand, the younger sales clerk followed me around the entire store. I went from browsing the bikinis to looking at the dresses (on the other side of the store) and was never asked once if I wanted any help thirty minutes later, just followed around treated as though I was going to walk right out of the store with the garments in hand.

I had one dress, two shorts, and a bikini top to try on and waited patiently at the dressing room door to be let in. Once the young sales clerk saw me waiting, I was FINALLY spoken to, only to be asked to give her my purse to keep behind the counter. I politely obliged, with a bit of annoyance. I tried on two things... And was just fed up after thinking about actually spending money in this place. I didn't even bother with the two others. I got my purse and left annoyed with the lack of customer service and attentiveness and feeling like a 2nd class citizen.

Such a shame too... Guess I'll be getting my blu moon dresses and acacia swimwear online. At least there I know I'll be treated with the respect I deserve.

This is one dialed in food truck! Located right on the highway in the heart of Kapa'a, the truck has a beautiful deck and great seating area. It was their first day open when I stopped by. The guys were prepared and the food was so delicious. I tried the BLFGT, a spin off the BLT by using a fried green tomato. This sandwich was so flavorful, the bacon was thick and perfectly crispy and the tomato was crisped just right. Would HIGHLY recommend this sandwich! They use almost all local produce and/or make everything from scratch. My friends had the chicken and waffles sandwich. I didn't hear much but "oh my goodness!" from across the table, they were so busy devouring it. Props to these guys. It's great to have some new food options in the Kapa'a area! Looking forward to going back!
