I couldn't be happier. Had a clog in my tub, mainly due to my cat throwing things down the drain, and gave Grumpy's a call. I got a call back within 45 minutes APOLOGIZING for not calling me back sooner. And an appointment the next morning at 9 am. (It was already 3 pm that day.)

Both the woman on the phone, and the man who came out to do the work (husband and wife) were efficient and helpful, the work was done quickly, and he even showed me how to pull some parts off my tub and take a look myself next time so I don't have to call him.

I honestly don't know what unclogging a drain costs, but Grumpy's charges a flat rate to "get it done" however long it takes. Knowing the cost up front made this far more pleasant for me.

Dive bar perfection. Exactly what I want when I want to leave work early on a Thursday and grab a drink (and a giant plate of nachos.) No pretension, no heat in the bathrooms, weird stuff in the vending machine - works for me.

I've been going here for probably ten years and have never had a bad experience (other than the fact that I'm at the dentist...) Every staff member from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists have been friendly and efficient.

I appreciate that they they treat my time with respect - I'm never kept waiting - and they treat me as an adult, not some naughty child who needs scolding about the fact that she doesn't floss often enough.

I had the ice cream full of dairy, cuz that's how I roll, but I believe that's new for 'em. They mainly have vegan options. Which looked delicious. But I'd just climbed a mountain ok! And it was hot out! And dairy is my one true love.

What I'm working my way slowly towards is - it was so good I ate it all before I could take a picture. Sorry.
