Five stars for the service. I am so happy with my gel manicure by Marie. I don't often visit nail salons because I'm picky and usually disappointed at the results. But this time my nails are perfection and I will definitely visit again.
If I was only rating the overall vibe I would only give two stars, which is 100% based on the overly loud female pop/r&b vocals playing the entire time (except when interrupted by notifications on whatever phone was connected to the single low quality speaker). It was totally annoying and detracted from the otherwise fantastic service and ruined the more elevated experience they seem to by trying to accomplish with the cute decor. IMO salon music needs to stay in the background as not everyone likes the same things.
I was summarily bumped after the hotel oversold itself. And instead of being sent to an equivalent property I was sent to a dumpy, dirty, stinky motel!
This place seems to be trading on a no longer deserved reputation.
Atmosphere: When we entered I could not help but notice an odd smell like old grease. The entry has very dirty carpet. On the way through the dining room I noticed the rest of the flooring was original hardwood, which might be beautiful if it were not covered with decades of filth and nondescript grey commercial floor mats. The upholstery was disintegrating. The seating is "cozy"/cramped. On the plus side, the wall next to our table was reasonably clean and the picture frames at eye level were free of dust.
Food/drinks: I ordered escargot with bone marrow to start. It tasted good, had some perfectly cooked tiny tomatoes, and was topped with some excellent micro greens, but was a bit rubbery and surrounded by an overwhelming creamy sauce. The main course was overcooked salmon over undercooked risotto - very marginal. Same for dessert. We had a creme brûlée that had clearly been prepared much earlier in the day. My husband enjoyed his french onion soup and wagyu burger. I did have a nice glass of wine that was well priced at $13 and my husband enjoyed his cocktail, also well priced at $11.
Service: Our waiter was pleasant and professional. However, when he asked how our entrees were and I responded "ok" he reacted as if I said it was great. Bread was not offered when we were seated. We asked for some and it came with the first course. We waited so long between the first and the main course that I was no longer hungry when the food arrived. Our silverware was changed, but crumbs were not removed from the table cloth between courses. I would have expected a little more attention to the details.
For two first courses, two main courses, dessert, a cocktail and a glass of wine we paid $148 before tip.
Overall, we did not find the experience worthwhile.
I just ordered from this restaurant for the first time for a meeting. They were super helpful when I called beforehand with questions and delicious pizzas, packaged up with plates, napkins, peppers/cheese, and utensils, arrived right on time. We even received yummy cookies which were a welcomed surprise! Everything was a hit and my group was happy.

Am - We really appreciate that you took the time to share your experience and for the 5-star love! We are so excited that you enjoyed the pizzas and that everything worked for your group. The cookies are a great treat and usually seal the deal. We can't wait to serve you again, and look forward to providing you with more deliciousness soon. - MAKE pizza+salad Team
I paid about $80 for a basic mani/pedi but the polish was not smooth or shiny and the edges were not clean. They gave me a little book to pick out a color but then just used a different color from the one I picked. I kept shoes off until the next day but the polish on my toes still had not cured and was sort of pushed back into a lump. Definitely won't go back.
