Have purchased my last 2 sets of tires from here and have had no reason to complain. It's about time for a new set so I figured I'd call for a quick tire quote. I was left on hold by the guy who was supposed to be looking up my options for over twenty minutes. Then a totally different employee picks up the phone and ask what I need. I start to tell him my tire size I need and before I can even finish telling him what size tires were needed he says wait a customer just walked in, I'll have to put you on hold. I start to explain that I've been on hold for over twenty minutes now. Then I realize he's already clicked me over to hold without even listening to what I was saying. So I sit on hold another ten minutes before finally just hanging up. Officially lost a loyal customer and wasted 45 minutes of my time. Because your employee couldn't take two min out of there time to type in a tire size and tell me what was in stock.
