Go to a different location. Always been happy with Chase but the customer service at this location is terrible. They don't offer all services even while still open. If you wanted to be treated considerately, go somewhere else.

I loved their food and my waitress the first time i visited. However my boyfriend and i came in 20 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't serve us. The hostess cut me off before i could even say we just wanted food to go. Unprofessional!
Your hours say you're open, the doors are open, you should serve customers!

I don't understand why you're open til 6, but you can't get any services after 5.... poor customer service.

I was really excited to try this place because it had great reviews on here, looked clean and nice and safe.
I wasn't even in the door and an attendant said last wash was over, 5 minutes ago. Ok i was a little late but good customer service would be showing a little slack in the interest of good business.
I call that rude. Don't rush over here.
