      Their readers are crap, and they don't stand behind their products if they are defective. Their "warranty" is for a puny 7 days. God help you if the cheap plastic cracks in week 2, like mine did. They didn't even care.

      You can tell management doesn't have any craps left to give for customer service. Not enough help is given to the employees. And not enough employees anyway. If you have to go there, you have to. But I would never recommend it.
