The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful. You call and they immediately put you on hold. When they tell you they will call you back, they don't. If you call them back, they yell at you and tell you that you have to give them time to call back even though its close to closing. They don't let you get anything out. When you go into the office, you can see why they put people on hold. They talk on personal phone calls or to each other. They wouldn't get a pre approval from my insurance company so the specialist that I needed to go to had to do it, and said they didn't understand why they weren't going to do it. I have had nothing but nasty encounters over the phone and in person.
