Just paid $12 bucks for one breakfast bagel and one coke. No chairs, nowhere, to sit, no place to wait while your order is being made. People just standing around waiting, like standing around an ATM machine.
The girl serving me was nice and polite, service was quick. If you're coming here to pick up only, it's a good place... as long as you're willing to pay outrageous prices.
Always friendly service, always great food. Brooklyn V's is a little hidden gem. Try the eggplant Parmesan Stromboli!!
Great as always. Food was delicious. Service was friendly. And you can't beat the cheesecake here:)

Thank you so much for this review, Saul. We're very happy you enjoyed our delicious food and friendly service. We look forward to seeing you again soon to enjoy more of our cheesecake.
So here is an update to my previous post. I called today to follow up and I asked to speak to the manager as I was previously instructed to do by the previous representative. The person who picked up the phone today said that the manager wasn't there, so I asked when I could call back to speak to him. I was told that she could not provide that information and then politely stated the following word-for word..."so you can come pick up your merchandise and that's the end of this situation" then she disconnected the call.
I called back and the person Brent who said he's manager was actually there and he answered the phone, and he told me the same thing. So I guess that's the end of the situation (as far as they're concerned).
Unfortunately for them I recorded the calls which were normal conversations until the gal decided to just disconnect the call. I hope they both enjoy listening to the service they provide when they hear themselves on YouTube displaying how they treat their customers. Stay tuned...
I just recently purchased a Bluetooth record player here at Grace Records. The record player worked fine when connected via cables to speakers. However the Bluetooth at times would disconnect while playing records. I made sure that there were no other devices in the house connected or linked to the speakers in order to avoid any possibility of any devices interrupting the connection.
I took the record player back today to return it. The girl, assistant manager, hooked up the record player in the store attempting to duplicate the problem. I told her it would often play for a while before Bluetooth disconnecting on its own. She assumed I had the time to sit there in store an wait until she was able to duplicate the problem...basically telling me (the customer) that I'm lying.
I advised her that I didn't schedule the time to sit in the store while she trouble-shoots the device. So she took my name and telephone number and said that she would call me with an update, I left the record player there at the store.
Even though I do have the receipt, even though it's well within 30 days of purchase, even though I packed placed all items in it's original box...this store expects their customers to wait while they determine whether or not their customer is lying.
I've spent $100's hundreds of dollars here on records and music goods over just the last few years. Between my mother and I, we spent almost $300 last time we were in this store. And yet this is the service they show their customers?
I will post the outcome of this situation here again once I am given their final decision regarding whether or not they decide to help me.
They always charge you for what you order, but they never give you your full order or correct order when ordering take out. They simply tie a knot on a bag with your incomplete or incorrect order and send you on your way home, only to be surprised that they messed up your order once again. And don't ever pay for the bag of carrots, they will definitely charge you for them but they will always (yes always) conveniently forget to add them in your bag even though they'll say they put them in your bag (check it while still in the restaurant or expect to be surprised when you get home). Today they simply threw 3 dry rolled tacos but this time without any of the fixings whatsoever in our order, yet they still charged us as usual for the full plate with all the fixings (guacamole, sour cream, etc.). The same thing will happen when you order a chimichanga plate...you can order the same exact plate every time and they will charge you the same exact amount every time for all the fixings but you will sometime get nothing. Do they just simply forget to complete the plate or do they just not care? Its always a surprise. The food there is great when they get it right. The few (very few) times that our order has been correct, we loved it. But too many times we've gotten home hungry only to have missing items or incorrect or lazy makings of our order. Yes we've mentioned this to staff, they just said sorry and said they just get too busy sometimes and forget to place all items in your bag, although the funny thing is they definitely never forget to charge you for them. If this was a one-time mistake I wouldn't think twice about it, nobody's perfect, but there's a point when it actually becomes inexcusable.
