So I evaluate places based on how consistently excellent they are and there are few and far between places that are able to achieve that level of a well-constructed, yet affordable tapas experience. The happy hour is possibly one of the best I've ever experienced in terms of pricing and variability, the drinks are thoughtful and not ostentatious, and the overall menu exhibits an awareness of Spanish roots heritage with an attention to American palates. The charcuterie is petite yet thoughtful-- with candied walnuts that crunch just right. The octopus salad with the olives fundamentally made me rethink how I pair and produce warm salads. The service is personal and always excellent-- my last visit we had the superior and talented Jorge--with a management staff that is capable and attentive (Glenda! You are great!!). Easily the best place to eat at Legacy West/Shops and one of my favorites in the Dallas area. If you haven't been, stop going wherever you are going and give Bulla your time, money, and appetite!

Raul's Handyman is the most professional and excellent contracting team I have worked with. You have to hire Raul and Natalie! This is not an exaggeration: They are expert level designers and installers with an extensive knowledge of the requirements to make sure that the job is done correctly the first time and for a long time. We hired Raul and Natalie to help us build a medium-sized wooden fence; not only did they perfectly replicate our schematics, they were clea communicative about timelines, cost, and design needs. Raul had a precise and vast knowledge of the particulars of what was required to ensure our fence would last for the long term. Natalie was prompt and direct informing us on estimates, schedules, and updates on the job. Both of these very hard and dedicated workers were extremely friendly, polite, and flexible. We will be consulting with them on all future projects.

Raul and Natalie continue to demonstrate the excellent best in home development work! They have helped us with numerous projects and made sure old issues are resolved and that new ones do not occur. Consistently, they assess issues and are able to tell when and why repair is needed. They make sure that outdated architecture is addressed and replaced with contemporary professional standard efforts.
