Phil was great helping me through my Achilles tear.

Phil could tell I was anxious to get back into things so we started right after the consultation. The best part was Phil was patient and methodical with increasing the intensity of the workouts. I've been injured in the past and have rushed back, but the pace and progression of his program taught me how to listen to my body and create better habits around that.

Overall, I was happy with my experience and rehab with Phil. I would recommend this location--also scheduling is very flexible which is helpful with maintaining commitment to the rehab process.

I have been going to Jack for over a year. He's the only one that has been able to provide a consistent cut that I like. Jack has a high attention to detail and also gives recommendations on different styling that made the cut and myself in the end look better . He's got an eye for products that work well with your hair and style, and listens to feedback on what you're looking for. Only guy I'm trusting to provide the best consistent cut

Nah, just nah... I was expecting a lot more from this place, especially since it called itself a soul food spot. Very bland fried chicken. :/
