To start with, the staff never answers the phone.
Secondly, I don't feel safe going to this store (sadly I don't have a choice when UPS decides to take my packages there rather than our apt office, like they should). The staff leers and stares at me and it is more than just unsettling. I would never visit this store again if only UPS would stop sending my packages there.

I was hooked after the first class. The trainers are super supportive and helpful. Always taking the time to help each person improve form. I look forward to working my butt off every single time!! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

The delivery service at this location is horrible. They send out an email saying that your order is out for delivery when it isn't. When you call to ask them where your order is they say it's not out for delivery yet, it'll still be another 20+ minutes. It took them over an hour to deliver a salad. They are unapologetic and have no desire to provide good service. This is the second time this type of bad service has occurred. It won't happen again as I'll never order from them agai

Benak's has provided me w/ years of great, trustworthy service at reasonable prices.
How often do you find a mechanic who will tell you that you need less work (ie: you'll spend less $$) than you anticipated. It has happened to me twice now. The staff is friendly, professional and trustworthy.
