Only stayed here one night, but it was clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast is included with your stay, which is always nice when you're traveling. The breakfast items included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and cereal.
According to locals, Bright Star is THE place to eat in the area. Now, I know why! I enjoyed a great lunch here with family and friends. Everything was awesome. I love the restaurant's history and decor, the hospitality of the staff, and the delicious food. Be sure to spend time looking around at the old photos, murals, and autographs that adorn the walls of Bright Star. There's something special about knowing that for a brief moment, you're part of this restaurant's over 100-year-old history!
For lunch, I had the veggie plate with turnip greens, green beans, a garden salad, and potato salad. Meals come with a basket of rolls and cornbread, and (if it's your first time) a complimentary sample of Bright Star's famous gumbo. Dessert was a piece of lemon ice box pie, which I split with my mom. Of everything I ate, my favorite items were the turnip greens, the gumbo, and the lemon ice box pie.

Hi Katie,
We're proud to be the place to dine and appreciate all of your wonderful comments! We're glad that our history and food were great for you and that you found some new favorites. We hope to see you again soon.
Came here on a Saturday night with a large group. Our server did a great job taking care of us! I enjoyed everything I ate. I got two tacos (carnitas and veggie because you can mix and match) with refried beans and sautéed spinach as sides. SIDE note (haha, get it?): I appreciate the variety of sides they have. I also ordered a small side of guac for my tacos (that's definitely the move; it's good guac). To drink, my friend and I split a fish bowl margarita. I'm glad we split it because it was big (32 oz.)! It was a little too sweet for me, but I still enjoyed it. IMO, Hola is a good option for Mexican cuisine in Roswell.
A friend and I were in Tyrone for an event, so we decided to have dinner here. Everything was good! The food came out fast. The staff was very attentive; we had multiple people check on us throughout our meal. Overall nice experience!
I enjoy coming to Pueblo's when I visit Dahlonega. The food and service is consistent. The margarita is excellent! Those things keep me coming back!
