Once again, the folks at Enterprise Car Sales left us smiling. We bought a Ford Escape earlier this year. After a few months we realized that there was a problem with some touch-up painting they'd done. It was peeling. We brought the car in, showed it to them and that was it - they took care of it. They gave us a nice rental car to drive for 2 days - FREE - and completely repainted the problem area. Our salesman Tim was attentive and helpful as usual, as was manager, Vee. This is why we love buying rental cars! This is our 5th one, and every single time, it's been a great deal all the way around. We will most definitely go back to Enterprise the next time we need a new car! Thanks, Everybody!
Tonight we bought a new (to us) car from Enterprise Car Sales in Jacksonville. Tim Woods was our salesman...and MAN, was he a joy to work with! He was so pleasant, kind, patient and thoughtful. It took a rather tedious process that takes a good few hours and made it much more bearable. Tim had a super nice personality and smile and really worked hard to try and please us. We really got the idea that he genuinely cared about us. We did not feel at all like we were being "sold." Enterprise...Tim Woods deserves a RAISE! :-)
These folks have worked hard to correct earlier problems and now they are WOW!!!! FABULOUS!!!! Thank you so much for putting up the cones on the vacuum stations that are not open. That makes SUCH a difference. I love this car wash. My only regret is that I think you're losing money on me, folks, cuz we live off a long dirt road and I'm there about 3 times a week! SORRY ABOUT THAT! Keep up the fantastic work. Oh, and your guys who spray off the cars before they go into the wash are wonderful. They smile and really try and do a good job. It makes a huge difference in how my car turns out. Thank you, Extreme Car Wash!
I really loved this in the beginning and signed up for the monthly fee to use the service as much as I wanted. But they've been closed three times when I've gone there during the day, all on different days. I was told there have been equipment problems. I think they do a good job, when things are up and running but if I go there again and it's closed I'll end my monthly membership. A suggestion: if you decide to shut down a vacuum bay during slow times...fair enough...please put cones there so I don't have to park, get out of my car and only then find out the bay is not working. Thanks and I hope you can get your technical troubles fixed so I can enjoy this service for a long time. You've got a FABULOUS concept.
These were the NICEST people! Look, I only went there for a new watch battery, so it wasn't like it was a huge purchase, but they treated me like I was buying a $10,000 diamond ring! I was so impressed! When the day comes that the husband comes through with that new, fun bobble, I will most definitely make them my first shopping stop! They have really cool dogs too. I love dogs.
The service was great with very friendly, welcoming staff. The food, however, was terrible. We thought because it was next to a farmer's market and it has the words "Farmer's Market" in the title that we could get a healthy salad. NOT! Our salads were out-of-the bag, iceburg lettuce with all sorts of stuff on the salad that were just not nice, My husband and I are both from the "clean-your-plate club" and we both threw away half our meals. It just wasn't nice at all. This is most definitely not a place to get a healthy meal.
We are new to the area. I found this place for my husband...and OOPS, I made a boo-boo! He said it felt like he was in a "sausage factory." Very cookie-cutter, mass production feel. He went for a dental check up, covered by Metlife Insurance. He came out with no routine cleaning but rather a "cleaning plan" for over $500, not covered by insurance. They never even did a routine cleaning! And my husband is not a person who doesn't take care of his teeth, BTW. I need to find a dentist myself but I won't be going to this one.
