we went to go get some family pictures with my daughter and my dog. you'd think this would be straightforward process. it absolutely is not...
their pricing model is impossible to understand. here are a few examples:
they will charge you $500 for you to go to a photo session. caveat: this does not include any physical or digital pictures.. something they don't tell you.. they only embed in their shady contract. why would someone pay usd 500 to have their picture taken and get nothing in return????????????
if they offer you a file, beware, this only means 1 digital picture... 1 digital picture for 250 dollars... if you want an additional photo from your session you need to pay an additional 250 dollars.
sorry, i didn't realize i should have hired a lawyer to review the agreement before having my family pics taken.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Nothing wrong with the Dr Visit but they win the award for THE MOST INCOMPETENT BILLING Department possible.
We came in for a visit and the Dr's office submitted the claim directly to Aetna (BAU to this point). We then received a call to come in and get the results. We were told we needed to pay in order to pick up the results (red flag). I told them I had sent a payment via check, they said they hadn't received this so I paid via credit card and told them I would void the check.
A few weeks later I get an invoice for 50 dollars for a bounced check. I called a few times, but the manager wasn't in. I was told I would be called back. I received a voicemail on my phone, called back but manager was out again. Time and time again I called (at least 10 calls) had to repeat the entire timeline and would get assured the manager would call back. They never tried calling me back. Finally, I received a call for a man indicating he was the manager and would waive the fee. I said thank you and carried on with my life.
A few weeks later I receive a bill for the bounced check. I call and explain and I'm told they have no record of my previous discussions and I needed to pay a fee for the bounced check.
I'm going to stop here since I'm sick of even thinking about them. I paid the 50 dollars and I'm never coming back.
Sometimes I think they hire people like this so they can skim extra money from these visits. SHAME ON YOU
